• Room Reservation Policy: In order to complete your reservation must be deposited in advance by bank transfer the 1/2 of the total amount of your stay.

 

• Cancellation Policy:

ü  If cancellation is made 20 days prior to arrival then the deposit is returned without charge.

ü  If cancellation is made within 20 days of the arrival date then all the deposit is held by us.

ü  In case of no show the customer must submit the total agreed amount of the stay.

Children and extra beds


• All children under 5 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• All children under 12 years are charged 10 € per night per person for extra beds.
• All older children or adults are charged 15 € per night per person for extra beds.
• The maximum capacity for extra beds/baby cot in a room is 1.
• Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the lodgment.
• Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately during your stay.
